Join the Celebration

This is an open call to join the celebration and offer an art or cultural activity during BC Arts and Culture Week. From artists and artisans to curators and cultural programmers; from educators and their students to culturally diverse community groups; whether you live in a city, a suburb or a remote rural area of the province -- everyone is welcome!

There is no fee to register. If you have an arts or cultural activity to offer to the public or your school community during BC Arts and Culture Week, you can register your event!

Taking part is easy

BC Arts and Culture Week relies on your participation to be a success. Join this exciting province-wide celebration and invite your friends, family and colleagues to do so too.

Here's how:

1. Register your event using our online form. Your event will be listed on the Events page along with events from all over the province.
2. Attend events during BC Arts and Culture Week! Find events happening near you on the Events page and see what's happening across the province.
3. Add photos to the I See Art Here gallery to show how arts and culture are alive in  communities across BC.
4. Tell us how arts and culture have impacted your life.
5. Tell the world that you’re taking part. Get social with us and your peers on facebook and through twitter PLUS we'll send you free promotional material (postcards and stickers) to help you do just that. Invite trustees, superintendents and VIPs to your event and let them know that the arts are important to your school and community.
6. And last but not least, share your success with us and your BC Arts and Culture Week community via video, facebook or email.
